There is no MX record for rsm.govt.nz and there is no A record for rsm.govt.nz to fall back on so they will not get any email I guess this is a problem as there is a link on their webpage to send email to info(a)rsm.govt.nz which will not go anywhere) I suggest Bruce Ivamy contact Netlink Operations Centre and get it fixed.
