Hi, Apologies for non-operational content, but I was wondering if anyone from New Zealand would be going to APRICOT 2003 in Taipei (www.apricot2003.net). If you don't already know, APRICOT is the Asia Pacific's annual Internet Operations conference, tutorial and workshop event; it is also hosts APNIC's open policy meeting, as well as the meetings of many other AP internet related organisations. I'm co-chair of APOPS (www.apops.net), the AP region's operator mailing list (intended to work along the same lines as NANOG, AfNOG, and EOF). The APOPS meeting will be held as part of APRICOT on Wednesday 26th, and I think it would be great if someone from the New Zealand Internet community could give a short (max 15 minutes) presentation on local Internet activities. I'm not looking for anything fantastically detailed, just a general FYI style overview of what's going on. If anyone is interested in helping with this, and is going to APRICOT, please let me know. thanks a lot! philip -- - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
