The CPIT has a good venue with plenty of flexibility - do you need 100 all in one place for the whole day or scattered around various rooms/break out sessions? I'm sure they could handle it and last time I was down they were very keen to encourage folk to re-engage with ChCh. Addington Raceway can do something like 200-300, but I know they've got a busy calendar. There are probably plenty of others that size, you just have to think outside the square (and the CBD)...
