There's a difference between spam originating from spam farms using hijacked or purely unallocated space, and administrative oversights by large multinationals. I'd be willing to bet some of the 'problems' caught by CompleteWhois were caused during the swamp-space-shuffle a few years ago with the old 202.27/16, 202.36/15, 202.49/16, 202.50/16, etc, swamp blocks that TNZ was maintaining being transferred to APNIC. aj
