Proxy ARP on APE

Nmap run completed -- 256 IP addresses (145 hosts up) scanned in 23 seconds simon(a)magellan:~$ sudo arp -van | grep 00:E0:34:B9:C4:45 | wc 128 896 7295 Whoever has 00:E0:34:B9:C4:45 (I'm guessing either Zivo or QSI, since it's on the Clear IP Express interconnect), please make it stop, or I *will* drop it in a MAC filter to make the problem go away.
