Hi Folks, The request for removal has supposedly come through from BCL legal department. Although I don't agree with what is going on, they have asked us to ensure removal of the posts from the public eye - and I am trying to do this to the extent of my abilities. Why they want the posts removed is entirely up to them. I disagree with Mr. Bryant-Greene that the particular bit of communication conveyed was of a private or sensitive nature. If I thought it was, I would have never posted it to a public list. What I saw was a state owned enterprise acting in a way I felt was preventing a private company from competing with them. I have however recently been reminded of Hanlon's Razor. If this is all just a misunderstanding, I would hope that as a result of this episode we will receive word that we will not be denied the ability to use existing generator power in the unique, government owned broadcast sites managed by Kordia, and that our future dealings with them will live up to the standard set by their new name. Regards, Jonathan Brewer

List moderator, is it possible to remove this list from

I think we've been through this before, and the answer is no.
There is all sorts of things in the archives that people
have removed. The answer has always been no. Infact way back in time there was a HUGE argument about it. Where people offered to just make alternative, REAL versions of the archives with the removed
would like to posts. It
got really nasty.
Exactly. Anyway, if the post was removed from the archives, how on earth would we all learn not to quote parts of private, clearly sensitive communications on a public list?
