Ask not what your NOG can do for you, ask what you can do for the NOG! :-) Seriously, it'd make a lot of sense to coordinate, or least make sure the thing was at the same venue either before/after the NOG. We have one of those every year. It has an open agenda, and has had VoIP on the programme in the past.
