      They are only advertising at APE and to GG the /20

* 203.118.128.0/20 202.50.119.65                          0 4648 7657 ?

and they are advertising 203.118.144.0/24 to the WIX RS's only

It's from a /18? assigned to IHUG on 20021009 - I suspect they've added
it to the relevant prefix lists.
