No. I logged out and logged back in and Chrome no longer complains. Shrug. I had restarted Chrome, so I guess some kind of keychain helper was busted.

Here's a quick way to check these things: http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=%20https://osl.uoregon.e... As you can see, the GlobalSign intermediates are missing in the chain. (you can also use 'openssl s_client -connect osl.uoregon.edu:443 -verify' if you prefer)
