An ISP buying wholesale bandwidth through TelstraClear doesn't go through the caches. I suppose one could run an ISP on a TCL retail product, but I wouldn't recommend it ... -- don Philip D'Ath wrote:

How do you tell if you have a non-blended connection? Your domestic and international traffic are delivered down separate VLANs/circuits. Blended connections have all your traffic delivered down a single connection.
