Sorry for replying to my own post, but have you also noticed that the MX servers for xtra now reside in Oz? This will surely increase the international requirements for many providers sending lots of email to @xtra domains.
Xtra's home page is also in australia. Basically Xtra's whole web presence is now in Oz.
