when was the outage? I had noticed some connectivity problems down here (lower south island) seem to have sorted themselves. So what was the deal there? The Xtra network status page is indecipherable. No idea what "Period: inactive" means, but it looks like customers in 03, 06, 07 and 09 areas couldn't dial into Xtra.
Did this affect other ISPs too?
