APE Problems

      Just a bell to say that there are currently intermitant problems with APE
(for us and at least one other ISP we know of) Citylink are trying to
figure it out with us ATM.
First went down at ~17:25 came back 17:38 went down again about 5 mins ago
and appears to be back again.
