I have found that with either the Nokia MW1122 and the Cisco 827 plugged in, my Jetstream connection suffers from "micro outages", usually once a day. It'd be interesting to discover if these outages are caused by the adapter or by a fault/flaw in Jetstream.
Here's what the 827 logs:
