We (Snap) can handle 4 byte AS numbers. Although none of our customers have any yet. You can still get 2-byte AS numbers: "Two-byte AS numbers will only be assigned if the applicant can demonstrate that a four-byte only AS number is unsuitable." but come January 2010 numbers will be assigned without distinction.
