A traceroute to an address in that /24 from Auckland ends thus: 8 17 ms 15 ms 16 ms v-cr1-alb.cr3.wlg.dtsanz.com [202.174.183.234] 9 20 ms 21 ms 23 ms 202.68.88.217 10 22 ms 21 ms 23 ms 103.68.122.xxx so it is indeed ~180 ms closer than Singapore. I think if you want the geolocation to be accurate, you should make sure your APNIC data is correct. You should also contact MaxMind who operate the most popular IP geolocation service. I don’t know what evidence they will require, but it may be more than you’re currently offering with the APNIC data like it is.
