Hi, I've got a request from TUANZ regarding who (if anyone) receives 'Education notices' for their networks. If anyone is able to answer the following questions off list it would be appreciated: - Does your system administrator currently receive regular notices form rights holders alleging breach of copyright? - If so, are you able to estimate how many? - What do you currently do with them - determine and follow up with the staff member apparently implicated, or bin them? - If the Act results in a major increase in the number of such notices (say tenfold) and you are required to pass them through and disconnect after 3 allegations, how big an imposition and cost is this? - Do you anticipate difficulties arising with your staff/users as a result? Thanks in advance, nil returns are of interest. Thomas Layzell.
