I have tried to sort this matter out with Xtra and Yahoo and have been fobbed off by both of them. This is crass considering (as most will remember) a few years ago Xtra successfully sued a local ISP operator for interfering with the proper delivery of email. The latest in this saga is that Yahoo is insisting on a website privacy policy. What the hell? I want to get my business and personal email delivered! This is EMAIL. They have an obligation to their customers and the internet in general to accept all legitimate email destined for their users, as we have to accept email from them. Could anyone affected by this please contact me off list about making a combined complaint to the Commerce Commission and any other appropriate avenue.
