You want decent rates, run a local sip instance (asterisk/freeswitch)
add your FREE wxc local number, and get a southafrican sip account
with a provider over there and also add that.

They didn't have any free zones (not a biggy) but the calling rates they had was quite bad. I need something for South Africa.
