Hi,
I've tried phone numbers in the APNIC whois DB for AS9901 and the numbers on the NZNOG NOC contacts page for TelstraClear (AS9901) but I get "no longer in service".

Any chance someone who has an ability to talk BGP engineering could contact me about a routing issue causing high latency to us?  Phone call or email is fine (see below for details).
