- Encourage any you can, to migrate _away_ from YahooXtra. The old 'vote with your feet' rule should be invoked whenever the service[1] justifies it.
I have had Yahoo/Xtra mail delivery problems before as well. If I had had a calmer head on me back then, I would have followed the sage advice quoted above (similar advice was given at the time, but I chose to troubleshoot instead..). Nowdays I would take a step back, tell the people involved to calm down, and suggested they move FROM Xtra to something that delivers mail in a reasonable fashion. This certainly would have got the E-Mail flowing more quickly in my case, although the problem with Xtra was _eventually_ resolved (we're talking 3 - 4 weeks later. Migrating 50 Mail addresses would have been a *LOT* quicker.). 2c Cheers, Mike
