I sent some brief reports to the nanog and apops lists, although they didn't contain much detail. People from Singapore, Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Australia and the UK (probably amongst others) have followed up with similar null problem reports. How much international IP network congestion did anybody see? Arron mentioned (will mention :) a heavy load -- how about anyone else?
