I would suggest you actually call the Woosh helpdesk if you have a problem like this. TC de-peering from the WIX shouldn't affect this much, if at all. Have you perused some trace's? Also you hardware is Walker Wireless, but much of the routing would be through another ISP (ICONZ I think), so you may end up needing to speak to them However it goes, you're probably best to speak to the support channels of your ISP before posting here. - Daniel.
