OK, I plead ignorance.  I didn't get the original letter sent to the customer and I didn't know about this page.  And yes you are right it pretty much gives all the answers.

I have learned that it is wise not to ignore email from Richard Naylor, especially when it is a reply to a post you�ve made to the list.

In relation to the MFDs from what I have heard, the ones that are broken are not that old <face-sad.png>

Like I say, don�t put them anywhere near the Internet, or replace them with something with software written since the 1990s. I�m sure the NE2000 network card upgrade was expensive at the time, but really, I�m sure it�s done it�s dash.
