This message is to inform you that Telecom New Zealand Ltd. will be making changes to its corporate messaging infrastructure. We will be specifically making changes to the way we send outbound email for staff and business. This change will culminate in the addition of an IP address for our outbound email services. The IP address 146.171.15.100 will be an authoritative source for email from the email domains below:

telecom.co.nz

aapt.com.au

gen-i.co.nz

gen-i.com.au

chorus.co.nz

davanti.co.nz

ferrit.co.nz

tnzi.co.nz

tnzi.com

aaptmobile.com.au

computerland.co.nz

If you have white listed our current IP ( 146.171.15.200 ; ish7.telecom.co.nz ) or you wish to receive Telecom corporate email unhindered then you will need to add the IP address 146.171.15.100 to your email relay’s access control list and/or whitelist before Tuesday the 18th of November to avoid any issues.

Please note this change is not in any way affecting any of Telecom’s customer email networks in xtra.co.nz, connect.com.au, aapt.net.au or any hosted email services, It is for Telecom staff & business email only.

If you have any questions regarding this change please feel free to contact me or your Telecom NZ representative?
