Absolutely right - we are indeed expanding the IP ranges as you say. The short term fix is to refresh the browser and connect again. More IP addresses being added tonight - somewhat earlier than planned.

Assuming this is "like a DHCP" problem and the addresses are being freed up, won't the issue continue unless additional IP ranges are allocated (ie: due to the "growth").
Freeing up is the short term fix, what happens after that?
This issue has tied up a lot of time for my team and I want to be sure we are providing an accurate story to customers.

To save you the two calls and 30+ mins it took me to find this out, I'd like to advise that Vodafone is currently experiencing issues with Mobile Broadband. You may encounter error 619 when trying to connect to their network.
The problem is apparently widespread and is known to their helpdesk. No message is posted on the Vodafone NZ website.
