Michael . For an ISP the size of Simons it would not be my view to block all the incomming mail from Real Networks. 1000's of Ihug customers pay Ihug every month so that they can use Real Networks products. Imagine blocking Real Networks and then the customer needs tech support from the company. Some people would say to just block the address @ Real Networks not the domain but they change it every time depending on the offer. Remember . The Customer comes first. Ihug has a fairly good record for customer support. Blocking legit E-Mail that often offers security and updates would be a " Borg " like action .
