The Auckland FTP server threw a couple disks, enough to cause the RAID array to fail :(

At the moment the load balancer is redirecting all requests to our node in San Francisco. This is likely why you're getting poor performance.

I don't have an ETA for restoring the node, but will let you know when it's back to its old self.
