Ok Folks...thanks to those who responded with suggestions... Techs have since been in touch and identified our fault report had not been correctly recorded somewhere along the line... some hardware has been replaced (external to our system) and we appear to be cruising along quite happily... So credit where credit's due to techs from both TelstraSaturn and Citylink....
