Would it be possible to make a mailing list for updates from the Citylink RPSL database, rather than sending them to the nznog list? People could also send manual updates to that list, if they wanted. That way people who need to see them in order to configure their routers can still see them, and other people on nznog who either don't have routers (most), don't apply prefix filters (some *) or use the RPSL to configure their routers (least, I am guessing, **) don't have to see the RPSL spam. It's good, and easy, and will save you lots of time. You can use it to keep your martian filters up-to-date, too.
