That's more of a policy issue though, correct? ARIN have recently started assigning "portable" /48s to end sites for multihoming purposes, so as long as people aren't filtering /48s on their transit or peering connections, this has hopefully been put to rest. The RIB & FIB limitations of routers with v6 prefixes on the other hand, is a big issue... SUP32 or SUP720-3B with 239k v4 and what, 1k v6? Yikes. aj.
