Hi Don, did you follow the URL in the error? And click on from there to the error description most similar to yours? Unfortunately the result of xtra.co.nz's outsource-to-Yahoo approach is that they're now subject to Yahoo's inbound (over-the-top, often) filtering policies and are probably just as much a victim as the rest of us. If you're sure that the mail you're generating is legitimate (and that folks aren't clicking on 'report as spam' within Yahoo/Xtra's webmail interface when they see the email concerned) then your options are a) wait, as it'll probably be delivered eventually and/or b) complain loudly when it hard fails. Or simply advise anyone you need to communicate with who remains @xtra.co.nz, to vote with their feet. Not the first time, nor the last time, I expect to see complaints about this.... I have had some successes professionally thanks to some advice from local Telecom folks, but it's also required Telecom/Xtra to escalate upwards to Yahoo and then you have to hold your tongue the right way.... Can anyone tell me if I need to do anything about this problem or if it will clear?
I've currently got ~100 messages sitting in my queue from one address to a bunch of xtra accounts.
The messages are valid and not spam.
