http://www.five-ten-sg.com/blackhole.php These guys have their own SPAM filtering system which 'detects' dialups addresses and blocks them. to quote:
I generally list cable modem, dsl and adsl netblocks where the provider does not publish the customer contact information for the sub-allocations via either ARIN or rwhois. Examples of such providers include but are not limited to @Home and GTE.
Now our addresses showed up in his 'dialup' list. Probably since our
addresses are APNIC's, not ARIN's or his code is crap, or both.
Never mind the fact that blocking 'dialup' addresses in itself is a
flawed concept. Lots of 'dialup's are DSL or Cable these days,
ie: small businesses.
