[nznog] IPv6 WIX Route Server being upgraded

The IPv6 WIX route server will be disappearing for a short time this afternoon while it is upgraded. The upgrade fixes a couple of quagga bugs, gives us a newer OS/Kernel, and adds support for MD5 auth (passwords) and 4-byte ASN's. If anyone is interested in testing the new features please drop an email to: tech <at> citylink.co.nz.
