Out of interest, was the issue related to anything in your zone (AAAA or it being signed) or was it with Spark?
As far as we are able to determine it is definitely Spark, they have told me that they are working on a solution and at this time I am waiting to be advised of the outcome. Our current work around for our customers (using Xtra���s recursive name servers) having issues is to get them to temporarily change their DNS servers to Google���s i.e. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, doing so enables our servers to be ���found��� again.
