I'm not seeing the colours you mention, but I did notice the swapping of tv1 and 2 ... I'm also using WMP9 While we're requesting different size streams, I wouldn't mind something higher ... say 768 ... Nice! Trying it now I notice that the TV1 and TV2 streams seem to be the wrong way round. Also it might be good to have a 256k stream?
