I have recently moved house and good old telecom has
connected our phone line to the empty flat behind us instead of ours what is
worse is even though this is clearly their fault, refused to fix it until tomorrow
morning (when 123 staff are on duty)
Real pain in the ass
Anyone share similar hassles with telecom? Anyone
know the appropriate channels to complain?
