Hi, At the moment there seems to be severe packet loss when an Xtra dial-up customer (maybe other types of customers) connects to a TelstraClear connection. 20 - 40 % packet loss that is. It may also be a problem when an Xtra customer is connecting to other networks, I do not believe it is TelstraClear specific.
