Hey Lin and all, I doubt it, because I tried it a few months ago, and you can't get CafeNet in Daawat (which is the Wgtn TNC restaurant). The nearest CafeNet AP to Daawat is at the Willis St end of Manners St - you can get to it from the nearby seats.
