Did you read the page it directs you to?

For the most part, what it says is correct.� The problem will normally clear itself somewhere between a few hours and a few days (depending on the volume of mail you've sent), but if it doesn't then you will want to have a look at the type of mail you're sending.

Trying to actually get someone from Yahoo to do anything other than tell you to wait it out is basically impossible...
