If no one here has a contact who'll provide some connection to the MBONE, I will put the request to a rather large international provider I have some dealings with. One problem with that is we need someone to be nice enough to front up with a router that we could land an MBONE tunnel on, and would configure MBONE tunnels/routing relationships with other ISPs.
