3) Allow people to connect to this content via tunnels. Sure it would be cool if every ISP in the country got on the bandwagon and you could just IGMP join from your modem or dsl. But it's just not going to happen.
Oh. Bugger. Have a feeling this rules out a large amount of Windows peeps.
