Of course they knew what they were doing... What more effective means of drawing in customers, stress testing your network, and getting a guage for customer demand than that. Executed poorly, sure, but smart. They did the same with Jetstream starter.
And now, for strike three, I can see these "effective means of drawing in customers" will soon to be executed on Jetstream Surf Flatrate. Telecom seems to have a whole lot of misleading going on here. Iraq got taken over, someone was beheaded and other news took over that was more current. Probably negotiations and plenty of wasted management time to come to the same conclusion they had in November and now are executing it.
