We've been seeing the same 300KB message resend through our servers every few seconds for the last 18 hours (3500 messages so far) from the XTRA mail servers.
Can someone that has the ability to resolve this, contact me off-list? I've had no luck with anyone I've spoken to at XTRA/Telecom.
Try Xtra Complex Technical Support. They usually know what theyre doing. 0800 287 463, choose IVR options for Domain Names if all else fails. (Theyve changed the IVR options at least twice since I last used them). Probably also useful if you, in advance, flick a copy of a sample with full headers to abuse(a)xtra.co.nz and ctshelp(a)xtra.co.nz that they can use for reference. Mark.
