I think we've had enough traceroutes today... The I-Root Servers (the NZ versions of them) are only available to WIX connected people (or people who connect peer directly to the I Root Servers.) (ie not advertised to any of the Major National Carriers in NZ). So people on say people on TelstraClear/Telecom Networks without a WIX connection (most of the volume I would think of New Zealand) will use the other closest one overseas, and not connect to the WIX one.
