Well, I guess if they want to serve a court order on the University of Waikato, they might be able to get it removed. Maybe. That's assuming they can find a judge who would take their side - they're an SOE, and thus governed by all kinds of legislation that doesn't apply to mere private enterprises, not least of which is the NZ Bill of Rights Act. As things stand currently, the list administrators have taken the position that posts will not be removed from the archives. I don't see why this situation should be treated any differently.
