NZ Promiscuous Mail Relay Survey

Hi again, Further to my message on this subject the other day, I decided to send an informational note to postmaster addresses at hosts that I had found to be relays. Some readers of this list will have received copies. Although I have received quite a bit of positive feedback from the notes I sent out, it seems that I have inadvertantly upset some people.
