I just trying to contact XTRA's administrators, but no response. I have had a good response back from the corporate side of XTRA, which is assuring.

It's been a problem over the last week (maybe more). Xtra email server(s) at the ip you mention refusing connections, or the last one I had a few minutes ago was 421 Service not available. I placed a call with Xtra's "Complex Technical Support" a few days ago and they told me that due to the volume of spam they are receiving they have reduced the number of concurrent incoming connections that the servers are allowing. dave
