Hi Tony
I think our problem with Telstra was
with the return traffic. i.e Some traffic went out via Telstra but with
a return path via Global Gateway

We saw no issues at all on the TelstraClear side.
I wonder if your bgp
didn't fail over correctly with the GG outage ?
