I remember having issues with this, and getting an offering of a temporary exclusion (hours, not days) until I could diagnose the problem.

Problem ended up that the website was not giving the correct headers and the transparent proxy was behaving correctly.

Food for thought.

P.S. Getting through and escalating the problem to the correct people is 3/4 of the trouble.

No, after talking to them they claim no usage of proxies or networks
like Akamai.
